煤矿采掘设备电控系统多总线实现

Multi-bus Implementation of Coal Mining Equipment Electric Control System

摘要: 介绍了一种采掘设备的电气控制系统,分析了电气控制系统多种现场总线的结构、特点,阐述了各总线实现方法,并描述了各总线连接设备的功能特点,最后说明了通信可靠性设计方法。应用结果表明,多种现场总线的电气控制系统结构简单、安装维护方便、运行稳定可靠。

Abstract: Abstract: Electric control system of a mining equipment was introduced. A variety of fieldbus’s structure and characteristics of the electric control system were analysed. All kinds of fieldbus’s implementation was illustrated. Function characteristics of the devices that were on the fieldbus were described. and finally the reliability design method of communication was explained. Application results show that the multi-fieldbus electric control system is simple, easy installation, easy maintenance, stable and reliable.
